1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing from, or interacting with Nene Got It, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any order.

 

2. Product Condition & Descriptions

Nene Got It sources bulk, liquidated, and pallet merchandise. Because of this, product conditions may vary:

  • Some items are brand‑new and unopened

  • Some items may come in damaged or imperfect packaging, but the product inside is new or unused

  • Some items may be open‑box or customer returns

We perform a basic functionality test and visual inspection on each item to help prevent misrepresentation. All merchandise is sold AS IS.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

 

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All products are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges are offered unless approved on an individual, case‑by‑case basis at our discretion.

If a refund or exchange is granted, the customer must follow the instructions provided by Nene Got It.

 

5. Pickup Policy

Customers choosing pickup agree to the following:

  • You must remain in contact with us throughout the pickup process

  • You must meet us at the agreed‑upon time and location

  • If plans change, you agree to notify us as soon as possible

  • We will work with you to reschedule when needed

  • Failure to communicate may result in cancellation of the pickup option for future orders

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared for pickup. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately — approval is not guaranteed.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Nene Got It is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Damages occurring after purchase

  • Allergic reactions

  • Incorrect installation or handling

  • Losses resulting from failure to follow pickup instructions

By purchasing, you acknowledge that liquidation items may vary in packaging and appearance.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, logos, branding, product descriptions, and website content belong to Nene Got It and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
